Today she runs seminars and workshops for marketing, presentation skills, personal branding, and customer service. In her spare time, she rolls up her sleeves to create and implement marketing communication plans.

As an Innovation and Human Insight Strategist, Rebecca guides companies and clients in the co-creation of thoughtful experiences that put human-centric design principles-humans-at the center of decision making. Rebecca is an advocate for creating positive social change through responsible design, participating in the development of new curriculums and collaboration methods in both the private and public sector.

With a multidisciplinary background in innovation, computer science, and design thinking, Rebecca has met diverse challenges across the design, business, and technical needs of clients like Shopify Plus, Magnet Forensics, Kijiji, Equinix, eBay, Graebel, and John Deere.

She is a professor of Emerging Technology and Immersive Experiences (VR) at the School of Computer Science & IT (Contestoga). Rebecca is also a speaker on topics like Responsible Design of AI Models (FWD50), Design Thinking & User Experience (IABC), and Creative Sustainability in Teams. Rebecca holds a Masters Degree in Digital Experience Innovation and is currently a PhD Candidate, working in the field of Critical Design and Collaboration (University of Waterloo).

To tell a good story, you need to have good ears. Victoria's passion for design thinking means she spends a lot of time in the muck asking hard-hitting questions and listening to the answers (both spoken and silent) to create impactful and engaging content experiences.

Taylor studied Graphic Design at Conestoga College, Fine Art and Digital Art Communications at University of Waterloo, and is studying User Experience Design at Wilfrid Laurier University. He has a vast understanding and appreciation for design principles and is determined to make digital experiences that are both easy and intuitive to use.
